How We Do It
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information:
· LA Pearl Boutique Currently only ships to addresses within Canada. We ship Canada Post Standard unless otherwise requested by the customer.
· All shipping is to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
· Shipping will be done Monday through Friday except in the case of unforeseen circumstances and stat holidays.
· We cannot do C.O.D. shipments and all shipping / handling charges are non-refundable.
· LA Pearl Boutique’s responsibility ends when your package is picked up at our business location.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
There will be a tracking number attached to the shipping email we send you the day your order is shipped
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
· We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
· Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
· Processing times vary with the type of order that was made and the electable options made at purchase. Orders with customization options (most) usually take 7 business days to fulfill after we have received the parts to build the items (e.g. customized jewelry piece with custom set stones and the customers pearls). Processing period for drilled set jewelry also includes time for the customization work and quality inspection period to be completed. Please contact us if you have any specific questions. Most drilled set items ship out within 5-9 business days from purchase. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. All Free shipping deals apply only to shipping within Canada.
· So when do you contact LA Pearl Boutique?
· The calculator above lets you know the best time to message us. When that day rolls around. Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).
1. How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you will see a flat rate of $7 shipping unless another option other then standard is chosen, at that time additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
1. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder before contacting us.
